The Klein Company Receives Site Plan Approval for Cherry Hill Apartment Project
Final approval sets the stage for development of neo-traditional two and three story apartment
buildings
Philadelphia, Pa - November 20, 2006 - A new 233-unit garden-style apartment project called Dwell at Cherry Hill at the intersections of Rt. 70 and Birchwood Park Drive in Cherry Hill,
NJ received unanimous site plan approval from the Cherry Hill Zoning Board at a hearing on
Thursday, November 16, 2006. The approval sets the stage for development of neo-traditional two
and three story apartment buildings.
Dwell at Cherry Hill, designed by award winning architects Barton & Associates, will
have 17 residential buildings with one and two bedroom units over 13 acres. Additionally, the
community will include a swimming pool, health club, and clubhouse with clock tower overlooking
a welcoming greene. Construction is slated to begin by yearend 2007.
