Donna Colbert

VP of Operations

Donna Colbert has over twenty years experience in property management. She has been with The Klein Company since 1983. During her tenure, Donna has held the positions of Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, and is currently Vice President, Operations.

Donna’s responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day community operations, operating and capital improvement budgeting, marketing, employee development and implementation of technology based business solutions. Donna is also actively involved in the planning, development and lease-up of new apartment projects.

Donna graduated Summa Cum Laude from Chestnut Hill College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Her professional affiliations include the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia.
